August 2013 Progress Update

Work Completed

Building 3100:  Work completed for this month included steel framing roof equipment, metal roof decking, MEP sleeves through roof and hangers, tubular skylight curbs installation, frame interior walls, and exterior sealer

Building 3200:  Work completed for this month included the metal decking at the roof, MEP sleeves through roof and hangers, fire sprinkler installation, MEP wall and soffit rough-in

Site:  Work completed for this month included the structural steel for shade structures

Work In Progress

Building 3100:  Work in progress includes installing the roof drains, fire sprinkler installation, hollow metal door frames installation, MEP rough-in at walls and soffit, and ceilings and soffit framing

Building 3200:  Work in progress includes setting mechanical curbs at roof, exterior window installation and glazing, HVAC rough-in above ceiling – wet and dry, and electrical rough-in above ceiling

Upcoming Work

Building 3100:  Upcoming work includes setting mechanical curbs at roof, roof hatches and accessories, PVC membrane roofing, sheet metal flashings, exterior windows installation and glazing, and set HVAC roof equipment

Building 3200:  Upcoming work includes roof hatches and accessories, PVC roofing membrane, sheet metal roof flashings, aluminum interior storefronts install, and sound insulation at interior walls

Site:  Upcoming work includes the finishes – paint, tile, shade covers, etc.
