Mission Statement

The function of the Admissions, Registration, and Petitions Committee is to interpret and administer college policy on first-time admissions; review and evaluate registration procedures; and act upon petitions filed by students requesting deviation from regulations such as course substitutes for graduation, reinstatement after automatic withdrawal, late admissions, etc.

The chairperson of this Committee shall be the Dean of Admissions and Student Activities, and the following members shall be appointed by the Superintendent/ President: one student for admission and registration matters and an indefinite number of faculty and classified personnel.
