Work Completed

Building 3100: Work completed for this month included the fire sprinkler installation, HVAC rough-in (above ceilings) wet and dry, and hangin drywall walls and ceilings

Building 3200: Work completed for this month included the aluminum interior storefronts installation and tape/texturing walls and ceilings

Work in Progress

Building 3100: Work in progress includes the aluminum storefronts installation, storefront glazing, and taping/texturing walls

Building 3200: Work in progress includes the storefront glazing and paint interior walls and ceiling

Site: Work in progress includes concrete work  – grade, form, rebar, and pour

Upcoming Work

Building 3100: Upcoming work includes the painting of the interior walls and ceilings

Building 3200: Upcoming work includes ceramic tile at the toilet rooms, T-bar ceiling grid work, display cases at entrances, cabinets and millwork, electrical ceiling fixtures and trim, mechanical ceiling fixtures, plumbing fixtures and finishes, and miscallenous exterior finishes

Site: Upcoming work includes the mechanical equipment and piping installation, asphalt paving of the road, and sleeves for irrigation under concrete
