Building 3100: Work completed for this month included roll up coiling doors installation

Building 3200: Work completed for this month included the steel framing for roof equipment, roof drains, skylight curbs, framing interior walls, hollow metal door frames, and exterior masonry sealer

Site: Work completed for this month included the mechanical yard footings and masonry walls and columns

Work In Progress

Building 3100: Work in progress includes steel framing for roof equipment, metal roof decking, framing interior walls, hollow metal door frames installation, ceilings and soffits framing, and exterior sealer

Building 3200: Work in progress includes metal decking at roof, MEP sleeves through roof and hangers, fire sprinkler installation, HVAC rough-in above ceiling (wet and dry), electric above ceiling, and MEP wall and soffit rough-in

Site: Work in progress includes the structural steel for shade structures

Upcoming Work

Building 3100: Upcoming work includes MEP sleeves through roof and hangers, installing roof drains, set mechanical curbs at roof, roof hatches and accessories, skylight curbs installation, and fire sprinkler system installation

Building 3200: Upcoming work includes setting mechanical curbs at roof, roof hatches and accessories, PVC roofing membrane, and exterior window installation and glazing

Site: Upcoming work includes the finishes – paint, tile, shade covers, etc. and mechanical equipment and piping installation
