Check for Unsatisfied Requirements 

1. Click on My Overall Status of Financial Aid
2. Select aid year and click submit
3. Click on unsatisfied Student Requirements link
4. Unsatisfied requirements will be listed on top
5. Click on the requirement name and follow the directions

Check your Financial Aid Messages 

1. Click on My Overall Status of Financial Aid
2. Select aid year and click submit
3. Click on active messages link
4. Read messages which provide important information regarding your financial aid status, eligibility and award

1. Click on My Award Information
2. Click on Award Payment Schedule
3. Select aid year and click submit

1. Click on My Award Information
2. Click on Account Summary By Term
3. The account balance will determine the amount of refund due, if any.

4. View your GPA, completion rate, maximum timeframe count and SAP status for each term
