Net Price Calculator

The net price calculator is a tool for students and parents to use to get an estimate of your financial aid eligibility and what it may cost to attend Imperial Valley College. It is important to understand that the information you receive from the calculator is a broad estimate. You must complete a FAFSA (Free Application For Federal Student Aid) and submit all required documentation in order to determine the actual amount of financial aid that you qualify for. In addition, many factors come into play when we award financial aid including, but not limited to: deadlines, levels of funding, and academic progress.

How does it work? The calculator measures the financial strength of your family and uses other facts you provide to estimate the amount of grants that is likely available to you. Your "net price" is the difference between that amount and the cost of attendance. The cost of attendance figure referred to in the calculator is an estimate of how much it will cost you to attend college and support yourself during the period of attendance. Your actual costs may differ from our standard cost of attendance figures. Keep in mind that only registration and other applicable fees are owed directly to the college. Remember the results will only be as reliable as the data you provide and it is ONLY an estimate.
