Teaching Faculty
Teaching faculty on a standard 178 day contract will receive 11 payments, paid on the last working day of the month.  There is no regular contract pay in July. 

Overload  payment for overload hours will be made in four equal installments on 10th of the month:

     Fall semester:  October 10, November 10, December 10 and January 10 
     Spring semester:  March 10, April 10, May 10 and June 10  

Summer two payments on the last working day of June and July.

Substitute Teaching   Full time faculty will be paid for substitute teaching on the 10th of the month payroll following the receipt of the substitute slips in the Payroll Office.  Adjunct instructors will be paid on the payroll immediately following the receipt of the substitute slips in the Payroll Office.


Non-Teaching Faculty and Department Chairs

Non-teaching faculty on 199 day (12 month) contracts will be paid in 12 equal installments on the last working day of each month.  Overload payments will be paid on the 10th of the month (Note:  counselors will be paid June 30 instead of July 10).

Classified Employees  
Regular pay on the last working day of each month.  In December, payday will be the last working day before Winter Break.  

Overtime and night differential will be paid on the 10th of the month.
  

Professional growth is paid on August 10.
