Who receives an IVC Debit card?
Students eligible for Financial Aid or who are due a refund will automatically receive an IVC Debit Card. A card will be mailed to the address the student has on file with the College. Students should make sure that their mailing address and e-mail address are correct in WebStar. Students will receive an e-mail from HigherOne telling them the card has been sent.

How to use your IVC Debit Card
HIGHER ONE ATMs are located inside the COLLEGE CENTER and inside the HEALTH SCIENCES BUILDING (2100 Building).
* Use a Higher One ATM
* Fees will be charged for use of a non Higher One ATM
* Get CASH BACK if you use your card as a Debit Card (.50 charge)
* Get up to $500 per day from an ATM
* Maximum daily spending limit: $2,500
* Choose Credit to avoid PIN based transaction fees when making a purchase

How to deposit money:
1. Electronic transfer from another account, or
2. Deposit a check or money order at the Higher One drop box located at the IVC Business Office (Cashier’s Window). The deposit will be sent to HigherOne, and will be deposited to your account within a few business days.
Keep your e-mail address and mailing address up to date:
An email address is required to receive information and to activate the card.
Please verify that the primary mailing address, e-mail address and phone number you have on file with the College is correct. You may view and update your information through WebSTAR
After you receive your card, and you have a change of address, please update your information with Higher One at www.IVCOne.com as well as with the College through WebSTAR
