During all periods of enrollment, work study students are limited to 15 hours per week and SE (student employment) students are limited to 20 hours per week.  No student employee is allowed to work more than 8 hours per day.  These limitations are non-negotiable – going over the limit due to special circumstances is not allowable. 

During periods of non-enrollment (winter, spring and summer breaks) students may work up to 40 hours per week if funds are available, and, in the case of work study, the student has the eligibility.  

Direct Deposit:  Complete a Direct Deposit form and turn it in at the IVC Business Office, Room #16.  Please allow at least two months for direct deposit to go into effect.
