IMPORTANT UPDATE: Due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic, applications for the program CAN NOT be obtained or turned in at our Upward Bound office (at the IVC campus, building 2400). They MUST be submitted online or via e-mail.

When submitting, please save the application to your computer. If filled in by hand, scan it to be able to submit it using this website.
