The Imperial Valley University Partnership (IVUP) is a partnership program between Imperial Valley College, San Diego State University and the Imperial County Office of Education. IVUP students at Imperial Valley College receive academic counseling services in the Transfer Center from Jennifer Van Der Linden, IVUP program Counselor.

SDSU Cross Enrollment

Application for Cross Enrollment to San Diego State University

Undergraduate students enrolled in the California Community Colleges, California State University, or the University of California may enroll at one of the other two institutions via the Cross Enrollment Program without formal admission and without payment of additional State University fees.

Completed cross enrollment form must be submitted to the SDSU Office of the Registrar by the 10th day of instruction. You must verify admission and filing deadlines with SDSU. After home campus (IVC Admissions & Records office) completes certifications, seek instructor approval at SDSU during the designated filing period.

Fall 2020 Transfer Students

The Universities have canceled all in person Next Step workshops for Fall 2020 admits that were scheduled to take place on the IVC campus during Spring 2020 and moved these workshops to an online format. Fall 2020 admitted students will be invited directly by the university to the online events so check your emails, university webpages, and Webportal accounts for more information.
