Correctional Academy Application

IN ORDER TO APPLY, ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN THE APPLICATION:

1. Completed Online Application (link above)
2. Copy of valid California driver's license attached to the online application under the attachments page.
3. Medical Examination Report signed by a Physician attached to the online application under the attachments page.
