Purpose of the Help Desk 

The purpose of the Help Desk is to provide technical assistance to students enrolled in online courses. We will support you in addressing any problems you may encounter during your online experience at Imperial Valley College. This includes conflicts with your computer, problems with Internet access, difficulties with Etudes-ng course management system, and any other issue that might be directly related to the online course you are taking.Your contact person is:
