Service Area Outcomes (SAOs)

Service Areas are welcome to either use the SLO Identification and Cycle Assessment form or they may wish to use this newer form designed Fall 2009.  It is the Program Outcomes SAOs form FA 09.  The first phase is designing the outcome(s), assessment tool(s), and due date.  The second phase is evaluating the data and using it to improve services at IVC.  Once a phase is completed, please forward an e-copy and a hard copy to the SLO Coordinator.  Please discuss outcome, progress, and findings at your department meetings.  Thanks for participating in this important process at IVC!

For 2010-2011

   Phase I is due December 1, 2010.

   Phase II is due Summer 2011.

For 2011-2012

   Phase I is due November 1, 2011

   Phase II is due July 31, 2012
